An engineered pin pile erosion wall stopped years of slope movement on a steep Queen Anne lot.

A steep Queen Anne lot had been losing ground for years. Every wet winter took a little more of the slope, and the owners were watching it creep toward the house.
What we did
We built an engineered pin pile erosion wall into the hillside — two-inch pin piles driven to bearing soil, tied together and faced to hold the grade. The slope stopped moving and the yard above it became usable again.
